Whether it is asset management, Private Markets or assets consultancy, you can follow the composition and performance of your investments on a daily basis on our app and online portal. These overviews are periodically complemented by extensive analyses and reports.
For us, transparency and efficiency are key. We have therefore developed our own reporting system which is independent of the custodian bank you use.
WMP charges a single, transparent ‘all in’ rate for asset management, Private Markets and asset consulting.
This asset management fee includes the depositary bank’s transaction costs and custody fee. The advantage of this ‘all in’ approach is that you know your exact total annual costs beforehand.
WMP is certified in accordance with Directive 3402 II, the highest qualification for process control. This means that we work in a structured manner and that our certified professional process covers a number of previously defined steps.
We thereby maintain an extremely high level of service and self-evident discretion. In this context our Directive 3402 II-certification is an important quality label.
We are a licenced asset manager under Section 2(96) of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act [Wet op het financieel toezicht (WFT)]. We are a financially robust enterprise with a strong solvency ratio. Our financial statements are audited and approved by an external auditor.
WMP has adopted a controlled remuneration policy. Our policy aims to contribute toward sound and effective risk control, and not to encourage the taking of unacceptable risks (which are not in the interest of clients).
Each quarter, based on the ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) WMP’s board of directors sends an overview of the risks and corresponding operating capital requirements to De Nederlandsche Bank for assessment.
Wealth Management Partners NV is registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 27269025.
